perfect central base for exploring santiago's charm and history

I really loved being just a few steps away from the stunning Cathedral and the picturesque Plaza de Platerias, which made my daily walks an absolute joy. the beautifully decorated and stylish bedroom added a nice touch to my stay and made it feel cozy after a day of exploring.

Busyness of the area caused some noise at night, occasionally disturbing sleep. Check-in process could be quicker with better organization.

The noise levels from the street can be quite distracting at night!!! Housekeeping miscommunications often lead to unclean rooms despite requests!!! Limited power outlets make charging devices a hassle!!!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Cathedral with stunning views. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a restful stay. However, the noise from the street was disruptive at night, and the breakfast selection was limited.

A fantastic location allowed easy access to local attractions, making it perfect for our group. The room was spacious and had three comfortable beds, providing ample space for everyone. However, issues with room cleanliness upon arrival were concerning, and there were problems with wake-up calls and a canceled cab that disrupted our departure plans.

The location near the Cathedral made exploring easy—just a quick walk and I was there. The staff welcomed me with a smile and offered bottled water, which was a nice touch after my long flight. The room was clean and had a view of part of the Cathedral. Breakfast was good, with plenty of pastries, cold cuts, and fresh fruits. However, the air conditioning struggled to handle the humidity as it was quite damp in the basement room. A dehumidifier would have helped. The minimal breakfast variety could improve, and I noticed some wear in places. Still, the friendly service made a significant difference. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas to enhance.

i recently stayed in a double room cathedral view which was amazing! the staff was super friendly and the views of the cathedral made everything feel special during our group visit. its location in the heart of old town was a perfect base for exploring, far exceeding my previous stays in santiago.

Stayed at praza quintana for one night and loved the location. you’re right at the cathedral! hearing the soft bell tolls made it feel so charming. the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. excellent hot shower with fantastic pressure. decided to skip the €10 breakfast, but plenty of local options around it!

Our room on the top floor provided stunning views of the Basilica, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night.
